We have partnered with our local libraries to provide our community with access to many important and relevant books in many topics in the fields of farming, homesteading, organic gardening, herbalism, rain water catchment, food preservation, meat rabbit production, small home scale dairy production, and more.
The library system spans 6 counties and books are accessible to residents living within Lincoln, Cabell, Wayne, Putnam, Logan, and Mingo counties.
Once searching these titles below, you will find other titles that the public library system has to offer growers, makers, and builders in our community. The goal of any librarian is to help a person find the book they want to read, so if it is not in the system, let someone know or send a message to us and we will see what we can do!
A very special thank you is meant for Melissa Brown, Director of Lincoln County Libraries, for partnering with us on this project, seeing our vision, and supporting community in our area that want to learn new skills, acquire new knowledge, and become more self-sufficient.
