Local Resources

We are building relationships with local organizations that have commercial community kitchens that have been Health Department approved and can be used to aid your food preservation or farmers market value-added product goals! 

We partner with local libraries in  Lincoln and Cabell communities to offer food preservation supply and equipment rentals that can be checked out just as easy as checking out a library book. Currently, these rentals are available at all Lincoln County Libraries. 

In partnership with our local libraries, we are working to build a sustainable and thriving Seed Library, where our local growers can give and receive viable seed. 

We have partnered with our local libraries and have built upon their current list of titles for gardeners, farmers, makers, and builders to provide more resources to those wanting to learn in these areas. Books are shared and accessible among 6 counites: Cabell, Lincoln, Wayne, Putnam, Logan, and Mingo.
